They're currently seeking a proactive, robust, and pragmatic Legal Secretary to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
- Inbox management and correspondence
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Assisting with billing, time recording, and expense management
- Opening new client matters and maintaining records
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to Partners and fee earners
What we're looking for:
- 2 - 5 years minimum experience as a Legal Secretary in a top City or US law firm
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a warm, professional manner
- Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi‑tasking and prioritisation abilities
- A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment
