We're proud to be partnered with a prestigious US law firm that's known for its supportive culture and commitment to providing exceptional client care. They're currently seeking a proactive and diligent Legal Secretary to join their London team!
We are specifically looking to speak to professionals with 2-5 years of experience, who are looking to step up!

- Up to £55,000 salary + excellent office benefits including free gym and daily barista station
- Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
- Inbox management and correspondence
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Assisting with billing, time recording, and expense management
- Opening new client matters and maintaining records
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to Partners and fee earners
What we're looking for:
- 2 - 5 years minimum experience as a Legal Secretary in a top City or US law firm
- CILEX or Secretarial diploma highly desired (but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner
- Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
