Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. This role will be managing the firm's billing and revenue functions, ensuring the firm meets its financial targets through efficient and commercially focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships to quickly understand client and departmental matters.
- Manage revenue aspects for specific Partners and fee earners.
- Regularly review Work In Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Conduct meetings to discuss WIP & AR and determine actions.
- Ensure timely bill processing, VAT compliance, and accurate calculations.
- Maintain time/cost transfers, write-offs, and produce credit notes.
- Analyse client/matter information for archiving.
- Keep Partners and fee earners updated on outstanding matters.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in a legal environment with billing experience.
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Elite 3E.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
