\Role: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Full time) \Hybrid Working (3 days in office) \Our client is a highly regarded international law firm with a strong presence across key global markets.

\In your new role as an HR Assistant, you will support the day-to-day delivery of HR services within a busy London office.

Reporting into Director of HR and Administration, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the employee lifecycle.

Coordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers and agencies.

Coordinating inductions and orientation programmes for new employees.

Supporting probation review processes and preparing associated documentation.

Assisting with employee relations matters, including absence management, flexible working requests and other people-related issues.

Coordinating offboarding activities, including leaver administration and exit processes.

Maintaining accurate HR records, personnel files and HR documentation.

Monitoring absence records and supporting payroll-related administration.

Responding to employee queries and providing general HR support across the business.

Assisting with HR projects, reporting requirements and wider administrative activities.

\Previous HR experience, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment.

Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and broader employee lifecycle processes.
