An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder & Dutton as a full time Sales Negotiator based in the Holmfirth/Huddersfield area. This is a fixed term contract – up to 12 months. The role will provide support to our branches in the Huddersfield/Holmfirth area as and when required so you must be prepared to travel around the area. A client facing role in one of our busy sales offices, you will be responsible for promoting Ryder & Dutton in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by the Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests in order to assist with their move.
- Build direct customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments for our services.
- Maximise cross‑selling opportunities at all times by identifying and recommending related services to customers which will generate revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately record all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
- Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Manning Stainton branches and departments.
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
- Any other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry experience desirable but not essential (training will be given).
- Previous targeted sales experience in a customer focused environment.
- A passion for property & people.
- Previous experience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environment.
- A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills.
- An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good IT literacy.

Salary & Contract
Salary: from £24,000 per annum OTE IRO £26,500 UNCAPPED. This is initially a fixed term contract - up to 12 months, but may lead to a permanent contract.
