This opportunity:
We are recruiting a Graduate Surveyor to sit across our Professional Services and Agency teams to support our fee earners in the Aberdeen office. Working within an award-winning team of chartered surveyors, the successful candidate will support the agency team across work they do covering offices and industrial properties, assist with lease advisory for the same properties, assist with the sale and letting of commercial assets, direct interaction with clients and regular networking with industry contacts, all whilst providing a high standard of customer service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high quality and successful market facing team and help our chartered fee-earners in delivering excellent service and outcomes for our clients. This role offers the opportunity for you to work with a great team and work towards becoming a chartered surveyor. Ryden has the necessary in-house experience, structures and quality of client instruction to mentor you throughout the two year training process.
This opportunity exists for a:
- A university graduate that has undertaken a RICS accredited degree on the real estate pathway
- An assistant surveyor or graduate surveyor currently working towards their APC but is looking for extra support in the training process
