Are you a highly organised professional who prides yourself on delivering a first-class customer experience? Ryde School is looking for a versatile and proactive Admissions & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dedicated and busy Admissions and Marketing team. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the face of the school for prospective families, ensuring their journey from initial enquiry to the first day of school is seamless, professional, and personal.
The Role
- Guide Families: Act as the primary point of contact for local and global families, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Co-ordinate Logistics: Serve as the lead for our boarding community, overseeing the meticulous tracking and booking of pupil travel (airport transfers and Solent crossings).
- Support Marketing: Help tell the Ryde School story by gathering content for social media and assisting with the delivery of Open Mornings and recruitment events.
About you
- Strong Computer Literacy: Highly computer literate with proficiency in databases. Experience with WordPress an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Whether it is compliance paperwork or tracking flight delays, you understand that accuracy is paramount.
- Flexibility: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to support school events and monitor travel during peak term times (with prior planning).
- A Professional Ambassador: A warm, welcoming demeanour that reflects the high standards of our school.
Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pm. Please note that attendance at events outside of core hours and flexible working during peak travel periods (start and end of terms) may be required.
