We are the Ryde House Group; one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, through its group of homes on the Isle of Wight.
Despite having a growing staffing team of around 300, Ryde House Group is a family run business (established in 1986), and we pride ourselves on retaining that ‘family vibe’.
The role
We are currently seeking Senior Support Workers to join our growing staff teams in our Residential Homes. Our teams bring experience and expertise to enable them to deliver quality services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism by supporting them to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the staffing team to meet the care and support needs of our service users, assisting in their day-to-day activities within the home and in the community. You will also support and assist the management team with the home and undertake delegated responsibilities in line with your role.
