Great news! We are expanding our Outreach Service, and with that, we are growing our team! We are one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism on the Isle of Wight. We are committed to continuous development and support our staff's career growth to ensure excellent care.
Our team of over 300 members is full of character and skills, and we are looking to add more talent. As the company grows, so does the need for dedicated professionals to deliver quality services for individuals with complex needs.
Our Outreach program at Ryde House Group is designed with clear outcomes. We aim to foster independence through a dedicated, well-trained core team. Our support process—from assessment to progress evaluation—is tailored to each individual's needs and goals. We ensure each person is empowered, fulfilled, and guided toward achieving their milestones.
