Ryde House Group are looking for a kind, patient individual with a passion for helping others to step into the role of Support Worker in our residential homes. What You’ll Do: In your day-to-day, you will be assisting residents with their daily routines and spending time with them, whether they want to go for a walk or stay in and watch a movie. Some days may be spent supporting them with college attendance, or joining them on fun day trips out! No two days are the same here at Ryde House Group, and you will watch in real time as all your hard work to help people live fulfilling, meaningful lives comes to fruition. Most importantly, you will be listening to and speaking Cantonese to ensure that our service users have the support they need.
