What You'll Do

We are recruiting a Temporary HR & Administration Assistant on a 6 month contract (potential to be extended or permanent) with a focus on assisting management across our sites with staff performance management and recruitment. A few key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Recruitment and HR compliance
  • Assisting management with minute taking for investigations and performance related meetings
  • Leading on staff supervisions across all sites
  • Responding to queries over the phone, email, and face-to-face

About You

Insight and experience into HR and Administration would be advantageous, however skills such as resourcefulness, adaptability, and communication are equally important. Attention to detail is key for the role, but equally important is the ability to step back and think big picture. The role requires a lot of balance between being proactive in your approach to scheduled tasks, but also reactive to upcoming tasks and unexpected hurdles. The role is highly people-oriented with a strong emphasis on communication through email, phone and face-to-face interactions. We have a range of software and systems that support us in our day-to-day such as Slack, Wrike and Google Workspace, so a tech savvy mind and approach will really help in this role.
