The Opportunity
We are recruiting a New Business Sales Manager to build and lead a new high-performing new business function across Telecoms and IT MSP services. This role is about driving growth, not maintaining accounts. You will take ownership of new logo acquisition, shape a scalable sales engine, and lead both field sales members and telemarketing management. The focus is new badge clients with 20+ employees, where structured selling, credibility, and consistency matter. With over 17 years of trading, ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 27001), and a broad portfolio across IT MSP, Cyber, VoIP, Connectivity and Mobile, you will have a solid platform to sell from. What we need is a leader who can turn that into predictable new business performance. This role covers the UK and ideally located close to our Midlands / Peterborough offices. This is not essential but would be a bonus.

- New Business Leadership
- Own and deliver the new business revenue target
- Drive recurring revenue & upfront profit growth
- Build a repeatable sales motion
- Lead from the front on key opportunities and complex deals
- Set clear standards around activity, pipeline, and conversion

- Define and enforce a structured sales process from first contact to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Challenge weak opportunities early and protect time on high-value deals
- Drive a culture of accountability, pace, and ownership
- Build a winning sales culture that clients trust and respect
- Ensure sales behaviours reflect long-term MSP relationships, not short-term wins
- Focus on quality clients with scale potential, not volume for the sake of it
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure expectations are set correctly
- Maintain margin awareness across all deals
- Push back on poor pricing and misaligned proposals
- Support commercial decisions with data and experience
