Overview
In this role you support Group Stores to maintain consistent materials standards across the network. You act as a subject matter expert for goods receiving, certification review, component inspection, and PAC authorisation. You will deliver training and run competency assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. You provide on-site guidance to stores, promote standardised processes, and drive improvements. The role involves travel across the Ryanair network and contributing to ongoing training and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support Group Stores to maintain consistent Materials standards across the network
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Goods Receiving, Certification Review, Component Inspection and PAC Authorisation
- Deliver training and run competency assessments for PAC Holders, PAC Inspectors and Materials personnel
- Provide on-site guidance to Stores teams to ensure compliance with standards
- Promote standardisation of processes across stores
- Monitor compliance with Materials procedures and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist management with Materials-related operational and compliance issues
- Support development and maintenance of Materials training programmes and competency frameworks
- Travel regularly across the Ryanair network to support operations
- Undertake additional duties as directed by management
Key requirements
- Extensive experience in an Aviation Materials or Stores environment
- Must have experience as PAC Holder and/or PAC Inspector
- Understanding of Goods Receiving, Certification Review and Component Inspection
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Continuing Airworthiness requirements
- Experience delivering training and conducting competency assessments (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Proven computer skills and effective communication
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Ryanair network
