Overview

In this role you support Group Stores to maintain consistent materials standards across the network. You act as a subject matter expert for goods receiving, certification review, component inspection, and PAC authorisation. You will deliver training and run competency assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. You provide on-site guidance to stores, promote standardised processes, and drive improvements. The role involves travel across the Ryanair network and contributing to ongoing training and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support Group Stores to maintain consistent Materials standards across the network
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Goods Receiving, Certification Review, Component Inspection and PAC Authorisation
  • Deliver training and run competency assessments for PAC Holders, PAC Inspectors and Materials personnel
  • Provide on-site guidance to Stores teams to ensure compliance with standards
  • Promote standardisation of processes across stores
  • Monitor compliance with Materials procedures and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist management with Materials-related operational and compliance issues
  • Support development and maintenance of Materials training programmes and competency frameworks
  • Travel regularly across the Ryanair network to support operations
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by management

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in an Aviation Materials or Stores environment
  • Must have experience as PAC Holder and/or PAC Inspector
  • Understanding of Goods Receiving, Certification Review and Component Inspection
  • Knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Continuing Airworthiness requirements
  • Experience delivering training and conducting competency assessments (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Proven computer skills and effective communication
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Ryanair network
