Overview
In this role you will perform line maintenance on Ryanair’s 737-800 and fleets, ensuring safe, compliant operations and swift AOG recovery. You will work at Stansted with minimal supervision and help develop a high-performing maintenance team. The position sits within a fast-moving aviation environment, contributing to Ryanair’s growth and fleet modernization. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and hands-on problem solving, with a clear focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and defect rectification on 737-800 and
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment adhering to procedures
- Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices
Key requirements
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience
- EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B1 License
- Boeing 737-Max Type Endorsement & Recency (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good IT literacy, AMOS experience (Desirable)
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK and Full UK Driving Licence
- UK CAA licensing accepted with 5 years maintenance experience and HF/Aviation Legislation modules
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Flexible, hands-on mindset in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration
- EASA/UK CAA Part-66 B1 license
