Overview
In this role you will organize and optimise planning for the Appearance Department across Ryanair’s fleet, ensuring high standards of cabin cleanliness and presentation. You will work with multiple European bases and internal teams to coordinate subcontracted maintenance and appearance activities, influencing passenger experience. You will develop planning processes, manage communications with CAMO planning, and drive on-schedule delivery while supporting cost awareness. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at an international airline.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate subcontracted maintenance for the Appearance Department
- Develop and maintain planning systems and processes for all Appearance activities
- Oversee subcontracted appearance providers’ workload against capacity
- Communicate with CAMO planning for planned appearance activities
- Suggest updates to procedures and manuals related to appearance planning
- Coordinate with maintenance coordinators and appearance providers to meet schedules
- Organise logistics for staff, equipment and materials
- Prepare service level and performance reports
- Pre-authorise and record invoices for budgeting
- Support Appearance Manager with appearance/engineering projects
- Handle other duties as required by the Appearance Manager
