Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member starts with a 6‑week training course. You will learn all the fundamental skills required to deliver a top‑class safety and customer‑service experience to our guests. The course includes regular exams and culminates with Supernumerary flights followed by the Cabin Crew Wings. As part of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one and have unlimited career opportunities – from base supervisor to Regional Manager to Director of Inflight. Life as cabin crew is fun, rewarding, and demanding, with safety as our number one priority. You will operate both early and late shifts, reporting as early as 5 am and not returning home until midnight on the afternoon roster.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • You must be between 5 ft 2 in (157 cm) and 6 ft 2 in (188 cm) in height.
  • You must be able to swim 25 m unaided.
  • It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can‑do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
