Overview
In this role you will perform line maintenance on Ryanair’s 737 fleet from Luton, ensuring safe, compliant servicing and rapid AOG recovery. You will mentor junior mechanics and apprentices while upholding company procedures on a rotating shift. The position supports Europe’s leading airline’s operational reliability and growth. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain airworthiness and contribute to safety and efficiency. This is a hands-on, dynamic opportunity at a major European hub.

Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and defect rectification on 737-800 and
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
- Maintaining safe and compliant working environment per procedures
- Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices
Key requirements
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential)
- B1 License holder (Essential)
- Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement (Essential)
- Boeing 737-Max Type Endorsement & Recency (Desirable – Type Courses Available)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Good IT Literacy with AMOS Experience (Desirable)
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK and Full UK Driving Licence
