Ryanair, in collaboration with AES Ltd, seeks a UK Outstations Engineer based at Stansted to lead Ryanair’s UK Engineering Line Stations. The role involves managing routine maintenance, incidents and third-party liaison while coordinating staffing, spares, and budgets.
You will ensure UK CAA and EASA compliance, supervise engineers and apprentices, and drive improvements to reduce delays and non-compliances. This is a day-shift, 4 on/4 off rotation with remote team leadership responsibilities.
