Accelerate your journey in the aviation industry with our intensive B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence course —designed to get you qualified, skilled, and job-ready!The first intake began in 2026 and included a blend of internal and external candidates. The next cohort loading is planned for Quarter 1 of 2027. Please let us know if you want to achieve a B1 or B2 focussed career? Please state if you have already passed any CAA or EASA part 66 modules. Ryanair operates one of Europe’s youngest and fastest-growing fleets.

Requirements
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience – Must be demonstratable and will be asked to provide during the selection process.
- Strong work ethic and safety mindset
