b Overview /b p In this role you will support the Line Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, compliant and efficient line maintenance operations across an expanding fleet. You will coordinate day-to-day line activities, maintenance planning, and resource allocation while upholding EASA/UKCAA standards and company procedures. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain audit readiness and safety culture. This is a growth-focused position reporting into Line Maintenance and aligned with Ryanair’s large-scale fleet expansion and guest service goals. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Competitive salary /li li Discounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinations /li li Defined Contribution Pension Scheme /li li Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary /li li 20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service /li li Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Oversee day-to-day line operations /li li Coordinate aircraft maintenance planning and rostering /li li Monitor maintenance activities and provide management coordination /li li Ensure maintenance activities comply with approved data and company procedures /li li Update line maintenance procedures for continued compliance with EASA/UKCAA /li li Ensure sufficient personnel to plan, perform and certify maintenance /li li Ensure tools, equipment and materials are available /li li Coordinate line maintenance with MCC, Maintenance Stations, Materials, Quality/Compliance, Planning and Commercial /li li Promote a safe working environment within the safety management system /li li Identify and manage safety risks with Safety department /li li Cooperate with Safety and Compliance for safety investigations /li li Assist and coordinate base openings, scope changes and continuation audits for Part 145 operation /li li Oversee closure of audit findings with Compliance and National Aviation Authorities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li recognised aircraft engineering qualification /li li Line maintenance experience /li li Knowledge of airworthiness regulations (EASA Part-M / Part-145) /li li Knowledge of AMOS or similar maintenance/engineering system /li li Flexible in fast-changing environments /li li Availability to travel /li li Excellent communication skills /li li Good computer literacy /li /ul ul li Excellent communication skills /li li Adaptability/flexibility /li li Safety-minded /li li AMOS /li li EASA Part-M/Part-145 knowledge /li li Aircraft engineering qualification /li /ul
