Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft within the next 10 years and train over 1000 new pilots annually.
The successful candidate will join a team of instructors committed to delivering high quality theory training for initial pilot training courses based in the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO.
Candidates with previous experience of the B737 (flying or engineering) and / or experience in designing course frame work will be highly regarded.
Please note that this a completely non-flying position based in East Midlands Airport
Responsibilities
- Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilots
- Preparation of Coursework, Presentations and e-learning content.
- Technical and Ground School query system administration
- Supervising and correcting examinations
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, this includes Pre-Settled Status
- Previous aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)
- Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
- Candidates who have completed ATPL theory exams will be at an advantage
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinations
- Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
