AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Technical Engineering Administrator to be based at our Hangar at Stansted Airport on a 4 Day 4 Off (12hr) rotation, working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate a professional and flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.
Duties
- Liaising with the Planning Department, Compliance Team, Engineers and Check Supervisors on the completion and coordination of aircraft documentation.
- Distribution of Aircraft Maintenance Workpacks to the relevant maintenance teams.
- Collating and reviewing aircraft paperwork to ensure completion and compliance.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is scanned and archived correctly.
- Following up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
- Assisting the Hangar Manager with physical compliance audit checks and the coordination of visiting Engineers/Third Parties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous Administration / Document Control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Aircraft maintenance or Engineering experience is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills is essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Successful candidate is required to provide a clean DBS to work at UK Airports.
