The successful candidate will enroll on a 2-Year scheme working directly with the UK Engineering Management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Region's 25 Line Maintenance Stations. We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised and aspiring individual who wishes to work within a fast paced and highly rewarding environment.
Opportunities within the Operations Graduate Programme will include:
- Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents/AOG's and Third-Party Liaison.
- Manpower planning, recruitment, retention and staff performance management.
- Ensuring appropriate spares and equipment are available at each location.
- Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances, implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Coordination of base husbandry checks, including tooling, vehicles, spares and infrastructure.
- Leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to advance the efficiency of the operation and morale of the Engineering staff.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
- All candidates must be on track to graduate in 2026 with a Degree in an Engineering subject, incorporating Management, Operations, etc, at a minimum level of a 2:1.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of staff.
- Computer literate, with experience utilising Microsoft Office.
- Full UK Driving License.
- The applicant must have unrestricted right to work and travel in the UK.
