Duties Include:
- Create, update, and maintain standardized maintenance worksheets, checklists, and templates.
- Ensure templates are user-friendly, technically accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Collect input and feedback from CRS and Inspector staff for continuous improvement of documentation.
- Verify that all maintenance data references used in documentation are correct and current.
- Implement changes to templates resulting from revisions to OEM manuals, regulatory updates, or internal engineering changes.
- Support the Standards department in maintaining a robust change control process for documentation updates.
- Conduct capability assessments for new components or amendments to existing capabilities.
- Liaise with engineering, materials, and tooling teams to ensure all requirements are met when applying for capability expansion.
- Maintain records of capability reviews and ensure alignment with approved scope of work and regulatory approvals.
- Create and maintain change management tools as per company procedures.
- Support the planning, communication, and implementation of changes to ensure smooth adoption by workshop teams.
- Track and report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation, capability reviews and CMTs comply with applicable standards.
- Liaise with Standards and Compliance teams to ensure documentation supports regulatory and safety requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and traceable documentation, capability review documentation and CMTs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Aeronautical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with maintenance data sources (e.g., AMM, CMM, IPC, SBs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation control practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (EASA & CAA) and SMS systems are desirable but not required.
- Previous experience in maintenance planning or MRO environments is desirable but not required.
- Previous experience in technical documentation writing roles will be valued.
