The Ryanair Engineering AMOS Team is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join an exciting cross-functional project driving digital transformation across our bases.
Main responsibilities on this position:
- System setup
- Assist in procedure update
- End user training
- Involvement in change management and onboarding
- Pilot runs
- GoLive implementation and support
- Business process analysis
- AMOSmobile testing and AMOS setup
- Training your friends before they GoLive and then help implement and support them while the go through the process until they are working in a new paperless way
Requirements
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong familiarity with our industry is highly preferred, enabling the candidate to contribute effectively from day one.
- Drive and Initiative: A self-starter with a strong desire to create positive change, take ownership, and help drive the company’s success.
- Open-Mindedness: Embraces change and innovation, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Location (expect home base): Currently its PIK, but project moves based on roll out plan for AMOSmobile
- Travel requirements: required to travel every other week, so one week on site (currently PIK and 1 week back to SNN) unless said otherwise
- Duration of project: until end of 2027 (current plan)
