Location: Glasgow Prestwick International Airport
Duties Include:
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Control and movement of waste from designated areas IAW procedures and local regulation
- Maintaining general hangar, workshop, and associated area cleanliness
- Maintaining waste management areas inside and outside of hangar, including reporting requirements of uplift of full compactors/skips etc.
- Weekly checks of Scissor lifts and Cherry pickers including battery conditions, fluid levels etc.
- Daily checks of aircraft tugs, diesel powered GPU’s for condition of oil, fuel, tyres, other fluids and replenishing where required.
- Minor hangar maintenance and repair work of hangar and PAM facilities within capabilities of individual
- Ensuring that the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to, that all company regulations, discipline, and safe working practices are followed.
- Carrying out any other tasks as reasonably required by the Zone Supervisor
- Transporting staff/contractors to local airports
