This is your opportunity to join our only Newcastle training course in SEPTEMBER 2025. As part of the Ryanair Cabin Crew family, you’ll be immersed in our culture from day one, with career paths including Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with safety as our top priority. You’ll operate early and late shifts, sometimes starting as early as 5 am or working until midnight. Please note: As part of the application process, candidates must complete a mandatory English proficiency test and situational judgment test. Failure to do so will disqualify you from progressing to the interview stage.

Requirements

  • Right to live and work in the UK and travel freely within the Ryanair network
  • Height between approximately 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm)
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support others in the water
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Adaptable to shift work
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to pass an English assessment
