Description
AES (Aircraft Engineering Services) is currently recruiting for a Training Administrator based in Stansted.
Ryanair is Europe’s favourite low fares airline, operating more than 1,600 daily flights (over 500,000 per year) from 68 bases, across 1,600 low fare routes, connecting 186 destinations in 30 countries, with a fleet of 300 Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
With a recent announcement of 180 new aircraft, Ryanair is expanding its engineering facilities throughout its extensive European network.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Line Maintenance trainee programmes to support annual targets.
- Track all Line Maintenance trainee programmes.
- Manage the onboarding process for all trainees.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve trainee programmes.
- Ensure final programme reports are completed and distributed to Line Maintenance Management promptly.
- Monitor trainee programme performance.
- Administer and track trainee licences.
- Provide updates and FAQs regarding licences and training issues to trainees.
- Collaborate with Line Maintenance on licence tracking and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with UK apprenticeships (advantage).
