AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd), Engineering Delivery Partner for Ryanair UK, is recruiting a Tool Stores Supervisor to join our Tooling HQ base at Stansted.
Overview
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in co-operation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe’s number one low fares airline.
Responsibilities
- Control and supervision of Tool Stores team across two shifts
- Manage staff administration, including shift coordination, holiday approvals, absence management
- Supervise the goods inward processes for tooling, including Purchase Orders (POs), Repair Orders (ROs), and Tooling Orders (TOs)
- Ensure all tooling received is correctly inspected, recorded, and entered into Ryanair’s Amos stock management system
- Ensure all tooling repair orders are raised in a timely manner for tooling requiring maintenance or calibration
- Maintain accurate tooling inventory and documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the day-to-day operation, ensuring the correct tooling is in place and compliant
- Maintain good housekeeping standards within the Tool Stores, ensuring tools, equipment, and storage areas are organised, clean, and compliant with safety and FOD control requirements
Requirements
- Stores / Warehouse experience essential
- Aviation background or aviation enthusiasts are desirable
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good all-round IT skills
- Well spoken and written English is essential
- Full Driving License
- No criminal record
