Ryanair is currently recruiting four candidates to join their Summer 2025 intake for our Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Structures Apprenticeship in conjunction with Stansted Airport College. This is a structured 4-year day release program including both hands-on and classroom-based learning. You will need to commit to 4 years of working and studying hard. Based in Stansted, you will be working with highly experienced aircraft engineers predominantly focused on aircraft structural repairs providing engineering maintenance to our fleet of 600+ Boeing and Airbus aircraft. This is an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work in an exciting, vibrant industry and obtain a recognised skill in aircraft maintenance.

As An Apprentice, You Will Require:

Application Process:

Candidates will need to successfully complete online assessments and an onsite interview with Stansted Airport College and Ryanair.

Requirements:

  • Ideally completed a pre-apprenticeship in Aircraft Engineering
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with a keen interest in structural repair of metal aircraft
  • Excellent English – both written and verbal
  • Ability to pass a full security background check
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • UK Grade 4/C and above in Math’s & English

Please note if you sat your exams outside of the UK you will require a Statement of Comparability for eligibility reasons which you will need to provide on the assessment day.
