Description
Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAM) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on the entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft at our hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland. We are currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a team of highly skilled professionals.
Duties Include
- Carry out aircraft component sheet metal repairs I.A.W. approved maintenance procedures
- Ensure documentation is completed correctly I.A.W. company procedures
- Follow company procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times
- Keep the work area and environment clean and tidy
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements
- Good knowledge of aircraft sheet metal repair
- Previous MRO component or aircraft sheet metal experience
- Flexibility, including availability for overtime work
- Willingness to train non-skilled personnel
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Willing to work shifts, including nights
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Ability to provide a clean Disclosure Scotland check for work at UK airports
