Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the Hangar facility.
- General cleaning of the canteen, toilets, and office areas:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Emptying waste bins, servicing restrooms, and wiping down communal surfaces
- Tackle heavy cleaning and deep cleaning jobs upon request
- Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
- Any other duties as requested by your supervisor / manager.
Requirements
- Ability to handle any heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- All applicants must be available to work shifts, including weekends.
- Successful candidate is required to obtain a clean Disclosure Scotland to work at UK airports.
- All applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
