Operations Assistant
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Operations Assistant to join Europe’s largest airline group. This is an excellent time to join as we aim to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
Working as part of a key team, the successful candidate will work on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster pattern consisting of 12 hours. Note: This is a temporary role for an initial 9-12 months.
Duties
- Provide back-up support for Crewcontrol during times of disruption
- Re-plan pilot duties as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Base Captain STN.
- Monitor and maintain STN crewroom ‘fit for purpose’ including ordering supplies and checking equipment, notice boards etc.
- Follow up and report on STN flight crew delays
- Assist Crew Control as required
- Ensure punctuality of STN Based aircraft, particularly first wave.
- Assist Rostering as required.
- Coordinate and book all pilot accommodation
- Assist FOPS management with administrative duties as required
- Monitor and report on pilots absence throughout the network.
- Follow up on crew absences (network-wide)
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other IT applications
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge of airline operations is desirable
