Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Part 147 Training Co-ordinator to join the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, we are looking for someone who has prior working knowledge within Part 147 training and will co-ordinate training and support the highest standards that we already maintain for the company.
Be able to co-ordinate all training material for national authorities, with responsibilities including:
- Ensuring the training records are maintained as per Part 147 training standards.
- Ensuring high level security and access control measures are in place.
Day To Day Management Of
- Ensuring precise co-ordination of all approved training documentation and management of the audit system.
- Preparing and updating maintenance training course schedules and instructor schedules.
- Ensuring sufficient equipment and materials are available to perform the range of training and examinations/assessments undertaken.
- Maintaining records for all nominated training staff and that all records pertaining to these personnel are kept up to date.
- Ensuring fair conduct of examination as an invigilator in accordance with Part 147 examination standards across UK and Europe.
- Developing and maintaining training programs to meet the requirements of Ryanair Engineering operations.
- Strong capability to demonstrate a ”hands on” attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet the above-mentioned training requirements.
- Clear communication (written & oral) and presentation skills.

- A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team
- Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams.
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems and keen to learn new programs/software tools to enhance working ways.
- Ability to scrutinise and supply constructive critique where non-compliance may be found to the management team.
- Be an effective communicator and interact with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to face, virtual)
- Applicants must be open minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team.
- Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team.
