The Ryanair Engineering AMOS Team is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join an exciting cross-functional project driving digital transformation across our bases.

Responsibilities

  • AMOS mobile testing
  • System setup
  • Assist in procedure update
  • End user training
  • Involvement in change management and onboarding
  • Pilot runs
  • GoLive implementation and support
  • Business process analysis
  • AMOS mobile testing and AMOS setup
  • Training your peers before GoLive and helping implement and support them through the process until they are working in a new paperless way

Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong familiarity with the industry is highly preferred, enabling the candidate to contribute effectively from day one.
  • Drive and Initiative: A self-starter with a strong desire to create positive change, take ownership, and help drive the company’s success.
  • Open-Mindedness: Embraces change and innovation, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Benefits

  • Location (home base): Currently PIK, but project moves based on roll-out plan for AMOSmobile
  • Travel requirements: Travel every other week (one week on site, currently PIK and one week back to SNN) unless stated otherwise
  • Duration: Until end of 2027 (current plan)
