What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme? As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles, we are opening applications for aspiring candidates to join our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year. What does this mean? We will review your complete application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you will be placed in a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for upcoming training courses. Our team will stay in contact to provide updates and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.
To progress, you must complete initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, added to our hold pool for future training opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel within the Ryanair network.
- Height approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else.
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptable to shift work.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for traveling and meeting new people.
