Your career starts with an intense training period, after which you’ll join the crew family. You’ll have opportunities to grow – from Cabin Supervisor to Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight. Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding but demanding, with safety as number one priority. You will work both early & late shifts, reporting as early as 5 am and not returning until midnight on the afternoon roster.

As part of the application process, candidates must complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will disqualify you from progressing to the interview stage.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in).
  • Must be able to swim 25 m unaided and help others swim.
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English; must pass the English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
