We are recruiting for cabin crew positions at one of our 90+ operational bases. The assessment day will give you the chance to meet our team and learn more about the role. Date: 08 December 2025. Selected candidates will be invited to attend once your application has been reviewed.

About the role

As part of our cabin crew family you’ll receive a 6‑week training programme that covers safety, customer service and operational procedures. Training culminates with supernumerary flights and the award of cabin‑crew wings. The role offers fixed 5/3 roster patterns, free training, industry‑leading pay and a range of staff travel benefits.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel throughout the Ryanair Network
  • Height between 157 cm and 188 cm
  • Ability to swim 25 metres unaided and support another person in water
  • Hardworking, flexible and outgoing personality
  • Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster, including early and late shifts
  • Excellent customer‑service skills with a ‘can‑do’ attitude
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English, and ability to pass an English language assessment
  • Passion for travelling and meeting new people
