We are currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions at various bases and invite you to attend our In-Person Assessment Days!
Date: 22 July 2025
You will be invited to attend once your application has been reviewed. As Europe's largest airline group carrying over 600K guests daily on over 3,600 flights, we are looking for the next generation of cabin crew to join us in the Autumn/Winter months at our 90+ operational bases.

Your journey starts with a 6-week training course covering fundamental skills for safety and customer service. Exams are held regularly, culminating in Supernumerary flights and your Cabin Crew Wings.
As part of our cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture with endless career opportunities, including becoming a base supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with shifts starting as early as 5 am and ending as late as midnight. If you're not a morning person, consider this before applying.

Requirements:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network
- Height between approximately 5β2β (157 cm) and 6β2β (188 cm)
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support others
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Adaptable to shift work
- Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a βcan doβ attitude
- Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment
- A passion for travel and meeting new people
