B1 Licensed Engineer – BHX (EASA & UK CAA)
Are you a passionate and skilled B1 Licensed Engineer? Do you want to be part of Europe’s largest airline? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Ryanair. We are currently seeking B1 Licensed Engineers to be based at Birmingham Airport (BHX) on 2D2N and 4N rotations.
About The Role
We are looking for self‑motivated individuals with a solid background in line maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for routine servicing and defect rectification of our 737‑800 and 737‑8200 Fleet. You will also be involved in aircraft on ground (AOG) recovery and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair’s 737‑800 and 737‑8200 Fleet.
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.
- Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential).
- EASA or UK CAA* Part‑66 B1 License holder (Essential):
- Boeing 737‑NG Type Endorsement (Essential)
- Boeing 737‑Max Type Endorsement & Recency (Desirable – Type Courses Available).
* UK CAA Licences are accepted; however, the applicant must be able to demonstrate 5 Years Maintenance Experience and have completed, or able to complete EASA Module 9 (Human Factors) & Module 10 (Aviation Legislation).
