Blue Handling offers Ground Handling services to Ryanair at its largest European base, Stansted Airport. We are recruiting Customer Service Agents to provide excellent customer service to passengers as part of the Ground Operations team. All roles are full‑time, permanent positions. No previous airport or aviation experience is required – our training team will prepare you for the role through classroom and practical training. This is an ideal opportunity to kick‑start a career in aviation. Shifts are around the busy flight schedule and include early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
Duties:
- Assisting and guiding passengers at the check‑in area
- Assisting and supporting passengers at the gates area
- Baggage processing
- Boarding passengers onto their respective flights
- Provision of passenger assistance, handling customer complaints and other duties as assigned
- Act as a team player and work effectively with the team
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Able to provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Self‑starter, motivated and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (Pre‑Settled status accepted)
Background Check:
Successful candidates must complete a full 5‑year background check to obtain an airport identification.
