We are currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions for Stansted Airport and would be delighted to meet you at one of our In‑Person Assessment Days!

Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member starts with a 6‑week training course where you will learn all fundamental skills required for your day‑to‑day role delivering a top‑class safety & customer service experience to our guests. The course includes exams at regular intervals, culminates with Supernumerary flights, and ends with your Cabin Crew Wings.

As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed into our culture from day one. Career opportunities are endless: you could become a base supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspire to be our Director of Inflight.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, but it is a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts, report as early as 5 am on the early roster and not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • You must be approximately 5’2” (157 cm) to 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
  • You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
