Ryanair is recruiting a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join Europe’s largest airline group. This non‑flying position is based at East Midlands Airport, United Kingdom within the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO. The role supports the expansion of Ryanair’s operations to 800 aircraft and the training of over 1,000 new pilots annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilots
  • Preparation of coursework, presentations and e‑learning content
  • Technical and ground school query system administration
  • Supervising and correcting examinations
  • Ad‑hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, including pre‑settled status
  • Previous aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)
  • Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement
  • Completed ATPL theory exams an advantage
  • Ability to work in a pressured and fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
