Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Material department is seeking a candidate to provide material support to our maintenance program. The role is suitable for individuals at all experience levels, from recent graduates to seasoned aviation professionals. The position offers a fast‑paced environment, opportunities for career development, and travel to locations such as Turkey, Jordan, the UK, and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all material and part requests are processed and updated regularly.
- Approve and purchase applicable costs in a timely manner.
- Attend daily meetings with onsite teams and MRO representatives.
- Process unserviceable materials and components correctly, and manage the return of Ryanair materials following procedures.
- Confirm incoming shipments from Ryanair, verifying that requested items have arrived correctly.
- Liaise with MRO stores to ensure deliveries are in good condition and stored per regulations.
- Monitor shipments through transit, ensuring on‑time arrival and providing updates.
- Control, move, and manage all Ryanair onsite materials at the external MRO.
- Update the Ryanair AMOS system upon arrival and consumption of stock at the MRO base.
- Conduct frequent inventory checks within the MRO.
- Ensure all parts and materials supplied to the MRO have correct certification and are printed and supplied before arrival.
