What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the inspection and measurement of commercial properties
- Supporting the preparation of floor plans and property records
- Conducting property and market research
- Assisting surveyors with the collection and analysis of valuation evidence
- Supporting the preparation of business rates assessment appeals
- Helping to formulate appeals and review supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
- Communicating with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing
- Supporting the delivery of excellent client service
- Working collaboratively with the wider Property Tax team on live projects
