The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance is a leader who conducts reviews of engagements to evaluate key touchpoints across the client journey, assess compliance with Firm governance, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the client experience and minimise risk.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to a positive team member experience.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of Firm and practice-specific governance and Quality Assurance procedures to design and conduct engagement reviews.
- Evaluate client service issues and provide recommendations to ensure clear and consistent standards across the client journey.
- Report findings and actionable recommendations to the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with leadership and team members and become one of their trusted advisors.
- Partner and collaborate with practices to recommend enhancements that drive and support a consistent client experience that delivers on the Ryan brand promise.
- Organise and prioritise multiple tasks to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Identify and communicate learning opportunities to the appropriate parties for consideration (e.g., Practice Leaders, Principals, Talent Effectiveness).
- Handle and safeguard confidential information and sensitive material.
- Assist with various Firm initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Anticipate and proactively deliver expected results for executive leadership team.
- Effectively solve problems.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, and six to eight years of tax services experience required. Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word and Internet navigation and research.
