Reporting to the Sales Academy Manager, the Outbound Sales Executive (internally known as Graduate Business Development Executive) is motivated by money and will thrive in a fast-paced, targeted tele sales environment within the Commercial Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for scheduling business meetings (appointment setting) with key decision makers across the UK in the Commercial Real Estate sector. Duties and responsibilities:
- Use multi-media approaches—calls, emails, and LinkedIn—to engage prospects about their business rates expenditure and schedule appointments for the Field Sales team.
- Follow up on leads via phone and email, educating and nurturing prospects to secure their interest.
- Contribute to recurring revenue by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings.
- Build relationships with key decision makers regarding Ryan LLC’s services.
- Create a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Meet weekly targets, such as creating qualified sales appointments for our property consultants.
Education and Experience:
- Degree or relevant workplace experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident engagement with clients.
