As a Client Success Executive, you\’ll play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with their commercial property portfolios, helping them maximize potential savings and achieve success. Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results: Client: Client Engagement: Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Ryan to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities. Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding. Value: Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships. Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly. Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored. Education and Experience: Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role. Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, you understand the importance of excellent client service. Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none. Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets. Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
