You’ll ensure a smooth workflow from slip preparation to invoicing, tax schedules, and compliance. You will also drive continuous improvements across our operating model—creating stronger processes, elevating service standards, and helping to build a resilient, scalable broking operation.

What will your job entail?
- Optimize operational workflows to boost accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory, reporting, and internal governance requirements.
- Manage key technical processes, including signed lines, invoicing, tax schedules, and other core London Market documentation.
- Collaborate closely with brokers, clients, carriers, and third parties to maintain smooth placement and post‑placement operations.
- Support team performance, contributing to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives as the new broking team grows.
