The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will play a key role in partnering with various business units to analyze performance, identify business opportunities and challenges, and drive informed decision‑making.

Location: London - UK - Fenchurch

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the organization relative to productivity, demand planning, reporting and metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of a 12-month rolling budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis to forecast, budget and prior‑year expenses and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend specific corrective actions to enhance business performance.
  • Undertake ad hoc analyses and projects to support business needs.

Work Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, or a Masters Degree with 3 years of experience.
  • General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • Experience in developing financial reports and metrics to support decision‑making.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a natural curiosity and ability to exercise thoughtful business judgment.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
